  5. Technical data: device type, IP address, app version, operating system, login time, crash logs, identifiers and security logs when users access digital Services.
  6. Usage data: pages/screens viewed, features used, test attempts, content interactions and communications with support.
  7. Communications: emails, messages, support requests, feedback, complaints and consent/preferences.
